If you’re looking for a primary doctor that gives you basic respect, don’t come here. Vera Saprounova is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve met. She has no compassion for anyone and speaks to you like you’re a child. She will interrupt you and she acts like she’s the most important person in the world. I truly feel bad for the two front desk receptionists because they were very kind and professional but unfortunately, Vera ruined the appointment. I absolutely loved my experience ! I made an appointment for myself and my parents. Dr.Saprounova was so patient and understanding with all of our issues. And sent us to the right specialist, I am more happy with the fact I can do video visits which is much easier for us. The staff is absolutely amazing the girls are so friendly and helpful they are truly wonderful people.
Truly disgusting conduct from the doctor at this office. Dr.saptounova is an outstanding example of how not to conduct your self as a medical provider. After supporting a patient here for 5+ years. This doctor has been incredibly late and quick to anger. This most recent time after appearing late to the scheduled appointment by 30 minutes and telling us about other patients medical emergency. Had to change the review , of I could give zero stars I would. Lord forgive me , but I cannot allow anyone else to be subjected to the issues my husband has had. For the two/three years my husband has been a patient the doctor has seen him 3 times and two have been video calls. He's only ever seen the nurse practitioner and now she's no longer working there , I wonder why ?
