This place SUCKS big time when it comes to prescription renewals. A family member ran out of a script a week ago. He did the patient portal 3 times, then called 3 more times.. No renewal. He just called again explaining the problem and gets put on hold then nothing. He is ready to find another physician. These people really need to get their act together and think about their patients. I'm just thankful the script needed wasn't for a life threatening illness.
