I called the generic number. I was told there is no after hours number / help. Could someone let me know if that is true? If the only after hours inquiries are contacting 911. It’s a standard business practice for a pediatric office to have after hours availability of a pediatrician for over the phone questions. I have tried the 4700 and was left on silent for half an hour with no indication of being on hold for someone to answer.
