Pre-season conditioning and strengthening is essential to prepare for the limited high school schedule. Putting the time in before will minimize injury probability and ultimately will limit post injury sessions. Greg Crossman is the ultimate professional and understands the needs of this core market. I recommend his services to any high school pitcher especially!
Have a frozen shoulder, rotator cuff issue. The PT, Greg is getting my left arm working again. Excellent bedside manner, targeted strength and movement heat and cold every visit! Highly recommended. Located next to Extra Innings Noreasters baseball. Convenient accessible very flexible times and weekends!!
