Iv been coming here for years , made appt for my new orthodontics..get a call back to say now its 100 out of my pocket extra ,, so very sad and disappointed Im a senior on a fixed income My plan always covered this So since the receptionist was like very dismissive Im going to find someone else
3 years ago I created a review giving the Doctor and Staff a 5star review. This year I again praise the full Staff from Doctor to reception for the care and the help they have provided to me.
I have been a patient at Complete Foot Care for several years. Dr. Di Gioia and her staff are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Di Gioia and the Complete Foot Care & Orthotic Centre to anyone experiencing foot issues.
When a patient comes in with severe and persistent ingrown toenails and is describing a feeling of built up nail fragments in their toe tips, instead of referring the patient to have their toes surgically broken and re-straightened, please look into distal toe pad procedures instead. My problem could have been easily treated by an experienced podiatrist but instead my condition was only made worse by a lack of professional knowledge.
