During this time of the COVID19 pandemic, and as a true fitness junky, I ordered a treadmill to have at home. After spending countless hours assembling and reassembling, I could not get the treadmill to work... while NO ONE ELSE made themselves available, even the company I ordered it from, we called Chuck at Complete Fitness Equipment. Not once, but twice. Both times he was not only patient, he was knowledgeable and willing!!
