After being stuck in a dark room and waiting an hour and fifteen minutes past my scheduled appointment time, i left. No-one checked on me or updated me on how much longer i would be waiting. I had to pick my son up by 12 so i had to leave. Who knew you needed to free up half a day just to get glasses?!
We love this office! Dr. Chenet and his staff are so professional and always take care of my family! My son just got contacts the other day and was super excited when he realized what he had been missing without corrective lenses. The same thing happened when my daughter got her contacts for the first time a couple of years ago. Thank you complete family vision care!!
I was met by a friendly staff and I was impressed by the eye doctor! This location had technology that I have not experienced before allowing me to have a better diagnostic exam and understanding of my eyes health and vision! I will be returning again and recommending to friends!
