I attended FYiDoctors yesterday and was met with exceptional professionalism and care. I also brought my son to his appointment as well. My son has high functioning autism and Dr. Liu was wonderful working with him. She was so thorough and it was greatly appreciated. Everyone is so kind and their customer care is exemplary. I’m bringing my little daughter for an appointment too, I highly recommend this office.
I just called to reschedule an eye exam, and I asked the woman who answered the phone to provide the clinic website address. Her response: "I don't know. You people book on the website. I don't go on the website." I was shocked! Is this really the attitude of the person who represents your business? Needless to say, I will not be giving my business to a place that has zero basic people skills.
Price of eye exam was like 300$~. Rather go to one from 15 years ago and do one for 120$ 🤣 new technology is expensive as hell i guess
I had the pleasure of having a great experience here at this office. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and professional. From the moment you arrive until you leave you will feel very comfortable and more at ease with the whole process. Thank you everyone!!!
Dr Liu was friendly and helpful during my eye exam. She answered my questions and explained what she was doing and the best course of action for my eyes. I really appreciate the care and service provided by Dr Liu and the staff at Complete Family Eyecare - FYi Doctors.
