I just called to reschedule an eye exam, and I asked the woman who answered the phone to provide the clinic website address. Her response: "I don't know. You people book on the website. I don't go on the website." I was shocked! Is this really the attitude of the person who represents your business? Needless to say, I will not be giving my business to a place that has zero basic people skills.
Price of eye exam was like 300$~. Rather go to one from 15 years ago and do one for 120$ 🤣 new technology is expensive as hell i guess

Dr Liu was friendly and helpful during my eye exam. She answered my questions and explained what she was doing and the best course of action for my eyes. I really appreciate the care and service provided by Dr Liu and the staff at Complete Family Eyecare - FYi Doctors.
About a year ago, I visited this clinic for an urgent eye scratch. While I was given antibiotic drops, the emergency care was inadequate. Instead of properly addressing the injury, I was billed for a ‘comprehensive exam’ that was neither done nor explained. At the follow-up, I was told I had a serious eye disease and was referred to a specialist, which turned out to be a misdiagnosis.
