Went in for an exam back in August of last year for contacts and glasses. Had to come back twice after that-once to get another pair of trial contacts because they sent me home with ones they knew were the wrong prescription and then again to tell them the trials were good. Fast forward to reorder time and I can’t find my prescription on their website so I had to go back in to ask for a copy. Apparently the Dr. never signed the script so now I have to wait until they can get someone to approve the contacts I’ve been wearing ... read more

I was told that my daughters glasses would be here in 1-2 weeks and here we are 3 weeks later and still no glasses. A staff called me yesterday telling me they would be here today because the lab had shipped them out well when I called this afternoon they still couldn't tell me that they had my daughters glasses. Mind you I'm a self pay customer and paid almost $300 for my daughters glasses. They had my order and prescription for one week before they called me and told me they had to use a different lens on the glasses endin... read more

Great service....my 3rd visit there ...kinda expensive for private pay...but when want the best ...i like the doctor....genuine dude

Was quoted over the phone about $80 for a routine eye exam. I came in person to make the appointment and verified the previous quote which she verified was the correct price. After waiting an hour for my appointment I was told that it was going to be $140 since I hadn't been there in 3 years and was considered a new patient! I spoke with the manager who told me that they went over pricing with me in the pre lim screening which she didn't what so ever!

Hi Erika! It is standard for our office to quote prices prior to office visits. The prices quoted to you over the phone and in our office by several team members were consistent and are standard prices for new patients. This price applied in your case since it had been several years since your last visit. Our office had to recreate your medical history and profile. This policy and pricing is standard industry practice for patients who have not been in for more than 3 years.

I went to this clinic for an annual check up and was told that I may have one of two serious eye conditions, without much of an explanation other than printed paperwork to read I was sent home with a long list of tests that "needed" to be run and to get an authorization from my insurance.
