Loved the experience! I was able to get scheduled and be seen quickly! The staff was very kind and helpful! Tana and Di were extremely patient and helpful! Both made me feel welcome! Dr. French helped me understand things and was as professional as could be! Will definitely be back!
Driving from Omaha, I went to put on my sunglasses and one of the lens fell out of the frame I noticed a screw had come out. Got to North Platte for my business stop and when I finished, I looked up optical locations and Complete Eyecare Associates came up. I walked in the door and was quickly greeted and once I explained my problem, I was directed to the sales floor where an associate took my sunglasses and came back within 5 minutes with the lens replaced. The whole staff is very nice and friendly, they are caring and very professional. They do a wonderful job of providing me with putting my contact in. They are the best!
