Was back today for my annual eye care exam, service was the best as usual. I wouldn’t think about using another eye care doctor. This place is everything you could ask for in a Doctor’s office. From the time you walk in until you leave you feel comfortable.
First time visitor and I must say that Dr. Laura England and Brianna are true professionals. Every step of the process was completely explained and all the courteous and smiling faces made it very comfortable. I highly recommended Complete Eye Care and it's wonderful staff.

I’ve been going to Complete Eyecare since 2016 and I’ve had the best experience each time I go. Recently I experienced an issue with getting the right prescription lenses for my sunglasses but The Optical manager, Robert Hendrix made sure that I would be taken care of. Now that’s what I call amazing service! Everyone one there has had such great attitudes and making sure you feel good about your experience at Complete Eyecare!

While the exam and fitting staff were prompt and courteous because I didn't have my AARP card on me at the time I paid for my glasses I was not eligible for any AARP discount after paying $950 for glasses and frames. For a senior citizen on a fixed retirement income, it's a shame this is the policy of the company. 7/24: Upgraded to 5 stars.
