I have never been to an optometrist that was so thorough. I had the best eye care I've ever received. I can actually see with my glasses and don't get head aches anymore. I'm so happy with complete eye care I tell everyone I know to go there! Everyone was so kind and helpful.

I have a problem with the $9.50 that they charge to comply with HIPAA (not optional and not covered by insurance). I've never seen any other health care professional charge to comply with the law. The charge for tear duct plugs is also much higher than a local opthamologist charges. The new building is nice and they have a large selection of frames and glasses were ready quickly.
Was told I must have dilation done. When I explained that I'm extremely light sensitive and having it done made me nauseous and gave me a migraine for 2 days straight the one time I had it done, she began to talk down to me as if I were an uncooperative child. I'll take my business elsewhere.
