went in for workmanship comp issue, handed her paperwork, was told I needed claim number. I called and got claim number, but then she said she needed it faxed on paperwork and the name of caseworker. Their fax machine was messed up so they couldnt get our fax anyway. i told them a caseworker has not been assigned yet. I was told they had to have it or they couldnt see me. This is the first time I've every heard of someone needing this at an initial consultation. Left and went to harton who didnt need anything but the paperwo... read more
