Company took 6 months to install the generator from contract signing. I had to follow up constantly to get any attention. The claimed they needed more info which ended up being on the plans we provided day 1. Once installed, there was no testing or service call support. Now more than a year later, I am trying to get someone to get the new generator to power the same circuit that the old generator powered and the company has made no effort to help solve / diagnose the issue. My AC stopped working when my google nest() went off line. Even when I got it back online it did nit work. Safe streets had installed these with my alarm. It was middle if heat wave and Strret Smart said they could not come for three days. I began calling hvac companies. Left a message on many answering machines.
