They came out for an evaluation on some minor water damage. I didn't end up needing any restoration, but their attitude and speed was great. They also didn't charge me for the evaluation, and came on time. I'll use them again for any bigger damage I might need.

Advice: read every document carefully and clarify responsibility in writing. Complete Drying was hired by the water softener company after a leak, at a time when responsibility had already been accepted in writing by that softner company. My wife was rushed into signing what complete drying co described as a “routine” authorization form. The same day, I reviewed it and found language suggesting financial responsibility, which did not match what we were told.
