I had a great experience with PA Samantha. She made me feel completely comfortable, heard, and valued as a patient. She answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Highly recommend!
Office staff is incompetent. Scheduled an appointment and the next day they said I didn't have an appointment scheduled when I called about the wrong prescription being pre-approved with the insurance, yet another issue they have !! Also, the information in my records were wrong, contained things I didn't even discuss with the doctor. Very poor record keeping for a professional, and I use that term lightly, medical office.
