So I’m not sure if Dr Tonya Gayman is new to the practice or this location but OMG WAS SHE AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, sweet and compassionate. I went in to have a bunch of different things removed and tested and she made it a breeze. I was so nervous but Dr Gayman put me at ease. I’m so so happy and lucky because I found this place on my own with no recommendations. The staff was very pleasant esp checking in was a breeze. Dr. Gayman is very very patient and explains everything in detail. Highly recommend
Tonya Gayman, PA-C, is truly exceptional! She is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind and compassionate. Time and again, she has provided outstanding care, making even the most uncomfortable or intimidating situations feel more manageable. She is easy to talk to and takes the time to remember both medical concerns and personal details from previous visits, which speaks volumes about her dedication. I highly recommend her!
Don't bother with this practice. I visited twice and each time I spent over an hour and a half inside, only seeing the doctor for 5 minutes tops; the rest of the waiting was split between the "common waiting area" and "sitting half naked in the patient room". Nobody apologized about the wait times. Very uncomfortable. They also have no online billing or patient portal, and will send you nasty-grams through the physical mail.
Don't go here please it's terrible.
I have been waiting on an appointment tent for over a month but they refused to look into what my financial liability for the appointment will be. I gave them my insurance card when I made the appointment but there are different tiers. They refused to help me know before coming in saying my responsibility. You don’t buy things without knowing the price. Stay far away from this practice!!!!
