I had an extremely poor experience trying to make an appointment with Dr Anita Patel’s office at Complete Dermatology Bondi. I first called to ask about booking without a referral. I was told I could, but that if it was urgent, I would need one. Given my situation was urgent, I went to the trouble of getting the referral immediately and sent an email with all the required details, including clarifying an error my doctor had made with my date of birth.
