I have been a client of Complete Dental of York for five or more years. My experience with them has always been Awesome. Friendly and pleasant staff. Also, extremely detail oriented with notes. My last visit I began to remind the new tech that my gums are very sensitive and I don’t like cold water. She responded “I know I read your chart notes before calling you, so I set a cup of water aside for you.” That made me feel good, and it show she love her job going the extra mile.
I had such a wonderful experience at Complete Dental yesterday! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everyone made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The dentist was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
