Everyone was very patient with me and explained my options to my daughter for the best plan forward.
I saw Dr. Ramsey and Linda today to put on my permanent crown after having to get a root canal. Even though getting root canals are not anyone's cup of tea, Dr. Ramsey was wonderful during both root canal procedures. He checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was alright and explained the steps of the procedure as he went along. I have a botched root canal from a previous dentist and it’s been bothering me. I made an emergency appointment to get it checked to make sure it didn’t need to be pulled ASAP. He let me know that it didn’t need to be pulled and can be temporary crowned until it needs to eventually be permanently crowned. They did the temp in the office, took about an hour. I’ve always had issues with temps falling out but so far, this one feels pretty solid. The tech was amazing too! Definitely happy to have him as my dentist.
Dr. Ramsey and Linda helped me so much today and took care of my dental concerns. Highly recommend!
Once again, I cannot say enough good things about the ENTIRE staff at Complete Dental! From the front staff who go out of their way to accommodate your needs and coordinate appointments (in times of need especially) to the assistants, hygienists and doctors, EVERYONE listens, shows concern and offers the utmost support! Truly a special place that you can't easily find these days!!!
