Friendly staff.
Front desk was rude. They also have a policy that if you miss an appointment that you then have to find a new dentist and they will never allow you back, which seems a little over the top since they have more availability in their schedule than a lot of the other dentists in the area (according to my insurance when I asked for recommendations in the area).
