My procedures here were fine, however the office could be cleaner and I waited a really long time even though I had an appointment. But what really soured my multiple visits were the front desk staff, who mostly seemed inattentive but when they were attentive they were pretty curt with me.

I had a wonderful experience at Complete Dental Care 2, and I want to give special recognition to Melissa at the front desk. I had a very frustrating experience at this doctor’s office. I was kept waiting for over three hours, even after explaining multiple times that I was in severe jaw pain. Instead of showing any urgency or concern, the staff told me there was nothing they could do because Dr. Brian takes on more patients than he can realistically handle.
