Very friendly when I went to the store. The lady was very knowledgeable. I was able to find replacement parts with ease. That said, when I was in the store I asked for a quote so I can have a predetermination for a new machine and never received it. I even double checked my email with the lady. A couple weeks later I used the contact us from the website. No reply. Need to update your website!!! I went to Broadview location as advertised on your website your admin person never provided new address when I placed my order over the phone before going to the Broadview address!!! When I got there I couldnt find the office so I called the office...the admin person says"oh you went to our old address" she knew I was going to your office and never gave me new address...very unprofessional!!!!!
I cannot speak highly enough about complete CPAP care in Carlingwood Shopping Centre. The level of expertise the friendliness the interest and the care. Truly incredible by everyone that works there.
