Anick was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful throughout the experience!.. received a comfortable mask and the proper setup.
I was a bit apprehensive to get a CPAP machine and put it off for several months after sleep study. When I met Anik I immediately felt at ease. She patiently answered my questions and was knowledgeable and professional. When I left I felt much better and confident about the sleep therapy. Anick and the staff at Complete Respiratory Care are wonderful to deal with. As a first time CPAP user, Anick guided me through the complete process of setting up and using the device. She contacted me as well to see how I was doing and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. No pressure and attentive. Highly recommend this business.
Updated Review: After my original review, the store reached out to me directly to discuss my concerns. They were professional on the phone and offered price matching along with options for more affordable supplies going forward, which I do appreciate.
