Great Experience and Explanations.
I had an appointment with Anick. She was very thorough walking me through all my options. I didn’t know the difference between machines/masks and she explained the differences between each and what she thinks would work best in my case. Everyone was very friendly and kind and I am happy with the result so far!
Very pleased with the ease of booking and high quality customer care. Celine was very professional and kind. Celine explained the process for billing and options/no surprises/very upfront. Anick took care of everything else to explain how the machine works/aftercare and follow up. Anick was professional and very genuine - she answered all our many questions and made the process easy.
