Very happy with the service provided by Chris and Michael. This was our first home purchase and we had a lot of questions. They were very patient and explained everything in detail. Communication was good - we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Chris and the team have just completed my 7th transaction, including sales and purchases. They really are the package when it comes to conveyancing. Chris is always available, he's efficient, competitively priced and there is no one more knowledgeable. In a complicated industry where mistakes cost money, he makes the process easy and gives me reassurance that the transactions will be done right, on time, first time. Dishonest and incompetent. Rude and aggressive. They tried to deduct excessive fees at settlement without providing prior written invoices.Called me in the evening before the scheduled settlement and started quoting more than double the agreed amount of fees due advising they would e deducted at settlement. I had to cancel settlement, ask for an invoice in writing and rebook settlement.Charge way above scheduled fees. First meeting they wanted to take a print copy of my credit card (including CCV!). Their basic fee covers basically nothing as everything they do they charge extra. Charged about $270 for sundries, mail, copy & disbursements and failed to send a paper copy of the contract out. I probably paid twice as much as elsewhere. I highly recommend to go elsewhere. Untrustworthy and bullying culture.
