CCS is our IT department. We use them for 100% of our IT needs, works much better for us than having in house IT. Also CCS is our phone provider. Phones work better now than they ever have (we've tried several over the years). Always available, nights, weekends, early mornings, I've called them all those different times. We have 4 locations & they can have people on site at any of those locations within 2 hours, if needed. We have quarterly meetings with ownership to review any issues. Definitely recommend.
