I'm going to be writing a five-star review for this business even though I haven't made any transactions with them. I spoke to the head technician Mike for a little while. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. During our call Mike was working with me to diagnose my system and to figure out what the problem could possibly be. For my system, he recommended that I wait until the Windows update, to see if that fixes the issue and then afterwards to do a bios update. This place (even now as drop off) has been my best GO TO place for any computer needs, both desktop and laptop. This company goes to the absolute ends to make sure the job you need done is completed! They are fantastic

I would definitely have to describe this place as a mixed bag. I recently purchased a new Microsoft surface device and needed some assistance with it. Apparently, a young man named Mike to whom is one of their technicians is the expert in this area. Without a doubt, he is certainly a competent technician that has the skills to get the job done. I needed a bootable USB stick with the latest version of Linux Ubuntu. I spoke with Mike and he was very helpful and accommodating. He had the stick ready for me in less than an hour and was charged exactly what I would have expected. I called two places that were slightly closer to where I live and both of them had an excuse as to why they couldn't do it immediately. I own an old laptop and the keyboard needed replaced. Sadly to replace the keyboard needed to do the touch pad too because it was all in one piece. They managed to fix it by doing a modification and they did an excellent job of it. Also they didn't just throw away the old parts they salvaged the old parts and gave them to me so I'd have spare parts for the keyboard in case I break a Key.
