I'm going to be writing a five-star review for this business even though I haven't made any transactions with them. I spoke to the head technician Mike for a little while. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. During our call Mike was working with me to diagnose my system and to figure out what the problem could possibly be. For my system, he recommended that I wait until the Windows update, to see if that fixes the issue and then afterwards to do a bios update. This place (even now as drop off) has been my best GO TO place for any computer needs, both desktop and laptop. This company goes to the absolute ends to make sure the job you need done is completed! They are fantastic

I needed a bootable USB stick with the latest version of Linux Ubuntu. I spoke with Mike and he was very helpful and accommodating. He had the stick ready for me in less than an hour and was charged exactly what I would have expected. I called two places that were slightly closer to where I live and both of them had an excuse as to why they couldn't do it immediately. One place told me they wouldn't be able to see until tomorrow and the other said they wouldn't be able to get to it until a little after noon. Thanks Complete ... read more

This establishment presents a dichotomy of experiences. I recently acquired a new Microsoft Surface device and required technical support. Mike, one of their technicians, is reportedly the expert in this domain. He is undoubtedly a highly competent technician with the requisite skills to resolve technical issues. However, his demeanor is unfortunately comparable to a vat of battery acid.
