Biggest concern is communication. Difficult time in getting responses, especially when office staff go on vacation. There doesn't seem to be any backup/coverage. Staff is friendly enough, but have to push and constant request updates to questions or problems that can't get resolved right away. When you can get ahold of the office, and if they can repair during the first visit, the service has been top notch. Would give another star if communications were improved.
Used them to put a new geothermal system in. All went well initially Had a problem with the smart thermostat 5 months later should be under warranty. Came out to look at, couldn't fix it and they called the manufacturer for support. Sent a bill for this service with no repair. 3 weeks later, no updates. I call once a week and get a run around. No one answering or returning calls now. If they cant fix it the first time when they are out dont expect any kind if communication or support.
