Our furnace went out early in the morning and with these cold temps, it got cold in the house real fast. We called Complete Comfort heating and cooling. The on call service tech, Tanner, was super professional and honest. We will be continuing service with this company! 10/10 highly recommend!
Jake did a service call for me and did a great job! He was kind, friendly, and very respectful. He took great care of the maintenance on my HVAC system and explained things clearly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Jake and Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling for their excellent service.
Furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days this winter. DJ was here in less than an hour and completed repair quickly. Thank you!
Complete Comfort is THE company to call if you are having HVAC issues, or want to set up a maintenance program, or need a seasonal system check. Our AC went out after hours, I called in the morning and they had a tech at my house same day! Prices are fair, customer service is wonderful, easily called and spoke with a representative who was extremely nice and helpful! My Mother in Law Beth needed a new furnace and a/c. She has been a member of Complete Comfort for several years now. She is very satisfied with the company. Mark P. (sales person) went over her options and gave her a Great price on both units. The installers came the very next day at 7:45 am (Anzio P. Zach A. Logan R. and Mike P.).
