I appreciate the professionalism this company offers. There service personnel including my most recent (Tony) are exceptional. What concerns me is the cost. A service call, seems to be one that requires a repair which would require parts and taxes on those parts. A contract call, as I understand it is one that is only an inspection to insure the unit is running properly.
