We used them to replace our furnace and a/c unit in 2024. We are now using them for a filter system upgrade for our well. Everyone one we worked with was super knowledgeable and professional. They were super flexible and easy to work with. They truly listen to their customers.
I had a tech to come out that went through the system and couldnt get the unit fixed. Enter a sales agent/ tech later in the afternoon. Recommended a $3279 fix or buy a new unit for 20k. I said I would collect quotes etc and then get back. He got up and walked out without leaving the quote or contact information. In fact refused to do so. I reached out to another organization and he came out and had the unit going within minutes. The issues? A fuse was removed, coolant cap was not tight and a loose thermostat wire.
