Despite my initial positive experience when they installed my new AC/Heat system a few years ago, the company has experienced a decline in service quality. I have been consistently rescheduling appointments for tune-ups and system maintenance. Today’s situation was particularly frustrating. They installed a minisplit incorrectly and burnt it up- it stopped working after water sorayed everywhere-then They put me on thier "Do not service list" when I called the Mini split company to complain. AVOID-
