Called for an emergency Saturday appointment when my niece woke up with a large abscess. They set an appointment for 10am and charged my card in advance for the "emergency fee". A bit later I get a text from Dr Gaddis saying "sorry, I want to help but can't see you till noon tomorrow, is that ok?". He ignored every subsequent text and literally never replied. Great experience for the major work I had done. Professional and friendly, transferred here from a different dental clinic on the same block that I wasn't happy with and I'm much happier here. Going back for the remainder of the major work and for maintenance as well. Thanks guys!
