Great all around experience
I explained to the Dr. Graddis why I transfered my dental care. He was telling me only 3 percent of dentist are African American. Professional. I completed 5 pg of paperwork. Another gentleman completed xrays of my teeth. The doctor examined my teeth and I completed a dental cleaning. Martha , the hygenist told me to better support my teeth, bridge and hard to reach areas. She gave me things to do at home and recommend 4 month cleaning schedule which my insurance may not support. Thank for your care.
I have been to this dentist a few times and have felt really comfortable.They really do live up to their name comfort.Dental. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and I don't have an issue coming here at, the staff and the dentist are excellent!!! I made sure everyone in my household comes to this dentis. Yhank you for all that you do!
It's kind of insane that in 2025 a dentist office can give decent enough cleanings, but not know how to do a referral for anything. This is your job as a primary care dentist. It is discouraging to timely care to basically make your patients call up their insurance multiple times only to hear that you never sent a referral, and likely have no intention of sending one.
