Bought a townhouse unit that had heat, a/c and hot water tank installed by this company. When I had the hot water tank replaced, the company that installed the new tank showed me issues with the old installation. It was installed incorrectly. They also installed the humidifier incorrectly and cut the saddle valve stem from the water supply that's not supposed to be cut. I wouldn't call them if they were the last company on earth. The rest of their installation will be replaced next month!
We had this company install central air. On one of the hottest days of the year it didn't work! We called the owner Ray Stare and he came out and looked at it; said he would send one of his men out the next day to look at it. He couldn't figure out why it wasn't cooling. The man came out the next day, spent about 1/2 hour in our basement, came upstairs and said it was "fixed." He never did explain what was wrong, even though I asked him.
