I have been with Complete Closing Service for a few years. I have NEVER received a phone call or any correspondence from the company. I have called (documented) many times, the person on the phone is always friendly but no action after the phone call. My wife and I are very disappointed in their service.
We have attempted to get our 2 timeshares cancelled for 2 years after paying a substantial amount of money to close out our timeshare obligations. We were assured that the obligation would be complete in one year to 18 months. We continue paying timeshare obligations without being able to use it. When we have contact with CCS were seem to get the same run around that "it is being worked". Frustration and concern of the legitimacy with CCS is mounting.
