I have used Complete Cleaning for a couple of years at first they were prompt and through. When they hired a new scheduler everything went downhill. They didn't show up on time, they sometimes didn't show up at all. Once when they didn't show up they accused me of canceling for that week. Which I did not! I actually called twice to make sure they were coming that week. The last time they cleaned they were paid to clean 3 floors but only cleaned 2 and were paid for three. I just tried out complete cleaning for the first time and couldn't be happier! The ladies that came were sweet, thorough, and they include beds and really do a fantastic job and in a decent amount of time. I was very at ease with them, they were friendly and were really good about just using my ****** cleaning products too despite not being familiar. I will definitely use them again! AAAA+++
