Complete Cleaning Co lost my appointment and when I called asking for when I should expect them to arrive they were completely disorganized and ignored my needs. They were satisfied not taking responsibility for losing my appointment even though I literally called them 10 times to setup and confirm the appointment (even speaking directly to their owner).
