I called to find out some info and was so rushed and spoken to horribly. Would have loved to start a relationship for future event, but it's sad that it's really hard to find good customer service.
Hospital cart taken in for repair in April. Hard to get call back for status. Concerned after going to the shop so I could lay eyes on shuttle. No one there. Please call me!
