Results were amazing! On time, no surprises on the bill, and a very reasonable cost! I had some paint splatters and Jim spent time working on those - they’re gone! Cannot recommend highly enough!
Jim came out and repaired a few tore up places and ripped seam in our carpet. We also had him clean the carpets while here. He consulted me with every decision and explained the pros/cons of his repair approach. Highly recommend for any carpet repair or cleaning needs.
Jim is the man for your carpets. We have had him fix water damage in our basement and also clean our carpets many times. He goes way beyond excellence and is very good with follow through, I can’t say enough wonderful things about his service, I just would not trust anyone else with my home.

We thought we'd give them a try as a last result before replacing the carpet. It was nasty. He set expectations for us on a few the spots but we decided to move forward anyways. He stretched it beautifully and then cleaned, it feels and smells new! We're very happy.
