Complete Care Strategies was a godsend! I lived 3,000 miles away from my elderly sister who had to go into a nursing home. I was so grateful for Rebecca and her team of professionals who kept a watchful eye on my sister and ensured that she received proper care and didn't slip through the cracks, of which there were many in that particular facility. The service provided by Complete Care Strategies is excellent. We have a special needs cousin and our care manager, Cynthia, is outstanding. She provides us with clear and up to date communications, wonderful visits/phone calls/outings with our cousin, as well as a valuable liaison between the staff at his residence and our family.
