competent & caring staff. dr.mcrae is a truly gifted chiropractor & pilates instructor. he uses several chiropractic techniques, so he can accomodate those who don't want or can't have the traditional manual manipulation adjustments, commonly known as the 'neck & back crack'. pilates is 1 on 1, so you get immediate technique correction & reinforcement. the massage therapists are fantastic, offering full-body, deep tissue, targeted, & wellness massages.
