I’ve been coming to this office for years and I have to say they’ve really maintained their commitment to excellent care. Dr. Patel has helped me lose weight and get a couple of my chronic conditions under control, and with her guidance I’ve even been able to come off some of my medications. I really appreciate that she listens and makes you feel comfortable. The office is always clean, calm, and the staff is courteous and patient. Dr. Patel is a great doctor. Unfortunately the office staff and back office staff are unprofessional. I had an appointment I scheduled and had to reschedule due to medical insurance problem from switching jobs. Instead of rescheduling my appointment and making sure I’m still seen they rather charge a $50 cancellation fee. I explained my situation and that I still intended on being seen in September and they were in no shape or form understanding.
