The wait time is absolutely nothing in comparison to Aric Hauskenic’s disgusting bedside manner. I walked in with pain and felt even worse after dealing with him. I tried to explain to him that’s not what’s needed when a patient is already under the weather. I called simply for directions, was put on hold to walk in on him doing paperwork. I got concise directions from FedEx. He needs customer service training in the worst way. He let me leave my insurance cards and had to come back for them. I’m appalled!!!
