This is the absolute worst company to have care for your loved ones. Their staff are not trained, they do no background checks prior to hiring and all they care about are the billable hours not the care of the residents. One client was even found lying on the floor helpless due to the negligence of the staff. This resident in particular is supposed to have round the clock care!
