Saturday morning my AC didn’t work. It was super hot outside. Many people were busy. I gave a call to Ian from complete care Heating and air-conditioning, Guy called me back in 15 minutes And told me that he’s on the way to me. Ian was really professional and friendly To give me a solution less than an hour was working again. Friendly guy, professional and also give you a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience. He was on time, great at explaining things and gave a clear diagnosis quickly. Pricing was also very fair as there were no attempts at up selling and we were only charged for the call out even though he did a fair bit of checking to make sure he had the right diagnosis. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Honestly, I could not possibly begin to say how thankful my family and I are to have met Ian of Complete Care!!! Here’s an honest review of my experience today with these gentlemen. They just left our house a couple hours ago. The heater went out in our 100+ year old Adobe house a few nights ago. We had already wasted a chunk of time with another company that was super awful. Our home has plastered walls and single pane windows. It was FREEZING and uncomfortable inside our house for my husband and I, two kids and eight pets.... read more
