Ian is great. I had an urgent a/c problem and he came out that night. The problem was something minor and it was fixed. He didn’t even charge me for his time to drive out to my house at the end of the day. In turn, I scheduled a service and tune up the following week. Just routine maintenance. He was on time and professional. Great service and an honest guy. I recommend.

We moved into our home a few years ago and hadn’t had our HVAC looked at. So I went on a search for an HVAC company to come an do a “tune up”. I reached out to no less than 6 or 7, most tried to either upsell me before even booking or wouldn’t give me a straight answer on cost. I recently installed a Mitsubishi Heat Pump and installed all new ducting under my house. Ian of Complete Care was a pleasure to work with. He is honest, communitive, and professional.
