Their appointment system SUCK!!! So many times... I made a 1:30pm appointment, get there around 1:15pm. And you see the Dr. walking right out the door to take her "LUNCH BREAK" ERRRRRRRRR.... Why would the FRONT DESK even let patients make an appointment around that time??? Now.... I either make my appointment before 12pm or after 2:30pm.

Avoid going here at all cost. I had to change the location. Staff is rude and inconsiderate towards their patients. Also clueless when it comes to authorizations. You have to sit there and wait for hours, even phone appts are horrible. My last phone appt there was for 9am. When I called closer to 10 to see what the heck is going on, they tell me they will call between 10 and 12. What the heck?! Appt was at 9am! People have to work.
