I really don’t like writing negative reviews but the treatment by the doctors has really left me with no other option. With the exception of one appointment, I’ve had to wait 45 minutes plus to be seen by staff here. Once I’m seen I’m told that they are very behind schedule and run in and out of my appointment. My questions are met with impatience negatively impacting the quality of my care. The “community care” here is held to a very low standard.

BE WARNED. This place is completely disorganized. I took an hour off of work for my appointment. I showed up 5-10 minutes before the scheduled appointment and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before I spoke up and asked for the status. They said they had 1 other person in front of me. When I asked to reschedule, they tried to rush me in, but I know exactly what they were trying to do. They would probably bring you to another room to take your weight and vitals. Scheduled my appointment three months in advance. Arrived on time. People complain, complaining in the guest room that they’ve been waiting an hour and a half or more. Unacceptable.

Over the past 2-3 years i’ve visited Dr. Yelena Tumasyan so many times for my healthcare needs. I’ve felt close to death out of breathe, had busted knees and a torn achilles. Dr Yelena Tumasyan has always worked diligently to diagnose, treat and refer me to the best healthcare options possible. i highly recommend Dr Yelena Tumasyan and Complete Care Community Health Center. I can’t imagine my life without such an amazing professional healthcare team.
