Office staff had no techs in on a Monday for standard heart care exams. Meaning they schedule me for a first time visit without informing me the basic staff that run the equipment aren't available. Now I have to reschedule a visit and pay again the office fee. All because the Manager Gloria says she's corporate and is entitled to days off. We'll I don't think it's fair to make me pay for services I can't even obtain due to management issues. I love Dr. Naidu!! He pays attention to your every need. He’s a wonderful doctor!! He’s also very nice and sweet with a good bedside manner.
