Outstanding Facility!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My mother has had pleasure of living in this facility for over a year. The staff has been very pleasant and professional. I cannot recommend this facility enough! Each of the nurses and the recreational staff are a joy. My mother was very unhappy when she first went in to the nursing home, but they made her feel welcome and they genuinely care about her health. My Father was a residence in this facility for 1 1/2 yrs....the Rosewood Nursing Staff, Aides, and Activities Team should be commended for their dedication and expertise in looking after their Residents. My Family is grateful for the level of care they provided to My Dad when he was there. Thank You

My wife had the bad luck to be sent to arborscare in Toms River several months ago and it was the worst experience of our lives.neglect is rampant I saw it as well as for my wife.wendy metzger who runs the place has her staff so terrified of their jobs they will not do what is right for the patients .i told her this.during our care conference and they would not listen to her and none of the other staff would even look at us.they closed it without helping her.i spoke with metzger and she had me removed by police.they then com... read more

The staff at this facility were unprofessional especially the social worker. This woman had no compassion whatsoever. The only thing they were good at was taking my parent's money. They have no capacity to deal with challenging patients and their image, rather than good care is their priority. They are underhanded , but luckily my parent went to a much better facility with compassionate, caring staff. Avoid this place.

We went to this nursing home based on its ratings. Our parent had a stroke and was at the beginnings of dementia. But our parent did not like this place complaining that they would leave him in bed until close to lunchtime. But let me tell you what they did. Staff called us and stated my parents behavior was getting worse. And she suggested we go to a dementia related facility that was still part of Their company. Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long
