I contacted CCS after our trusty 8yo mazda 3 bose sound system began sounding distorted on the front driver side channel. The problem was identified quickly as the door speaker and a replacement was installed within 2h. Fast, reasonable and we deive off with an improved sound quality over the stock speakers. Customer Service: The staff were rude and condescending, speaking to me as if I didn't understand anything. Communication: I was initially told they could carry out the installation using original parts. However, after I drove over an hour to their location, they changed their position and refused, stating they would only install their own equipment. Overall Experience: I can't comment on the quality of their installation work, but based on how I was treated and the poor communication, I wouldn't recommend them.

Rude staff, said they could do an installation with original parts, then once I drove over an hour they said they wouldn't touch it and would only install their own equipment, staff spoke to me like I was special and understood nothing. I can't comment on their quality of installation, but from the way the staff treated me I wouldn't bother.
