Worst people ever! Wouldnt even help me to come get my car out to take my mom to the hospital!
I had used a repair shop on Highland Lake Road for a number of years. I had several experiences where I felt they were getting sloppy. Last straw was when we had a/c problems. Shop quoted parts (receiver dryer) that were not necessary as a/c system was never open to the outside air. My step daughter had radiator problems late on a Friday & stopped in Complete Car Care. Very nice. Very helpful. Computer was running slow so they looked everything I asked for up and called me right back. Will get future business from me.
