Wife took VW Tiguan for oil change. After looking at invoice from the services, they put 5w30 in the engine when the hood sticker clearly states 0w20 only. Ended up taking it to Volkswagen to redo it correctly, and way cheaper.

Both times I've needed repairs, they've provided a truly exceptional experience and delivered in the same day i dropped my car off.
