I have used Complete Auto South to work on my Volvo XC90. The mechanics are excellent, and the owners/managers are so friendly and trustworthy. They will be upfront with you about the repair estimates and give you all the options and not just the most expensive one. The level of customer service they have is almost unheard these days. I would trust them with any vehicle I need repaired!
Absolutely the best experience! They got my car in and fixed by the next day! Also provided me with transportation back and forth to work! Will absolutely be returning for routine maintenance and any future work I need done.
We were out of town when we had unexpected car trouble. I found Complete Auto’s number and called, but it was after hours. They called me back right away and not only got me scheduled for the next day, but also referred me to a towing company and even sent me the name and number. They clearly communicated the issues with my truck, and their service app was super easy to use. Beyond exceptional service—thank you again!
Tori and the crew got me taken care of in a quick and efficient manner while providing over the top service. As a service advisor in a previous life, I know how hard that is, so I commend Complete on their ability to execute this as flawlessly as they did. :EDIT: Tori and crew continue to impress. I'm still just as critical, and they still keep impressing me!
