I just brought my 2012 Ford Fusion here for the first time at a recommendation of a friend. After having the same mechanic for years it had been a struggle to find as good of a place when he retired. I purchased a ’92 sports car that needed some attention to get road worthy again. Blair, Mark and Pete all worked on the car. I know some of the work was challenging as some replacement parts were either damaged on arrival, the wrong part altogether or not machined correctly. The car was in their hands for a while due to these factors and did need a 2nd pass at service due to a part issue which they replaced in a timely manner and under warranty. They do a great job at CARS of explaining what’s needed and what is something that car wait until later. Never pressure you do do anything and always keep safety in mind.
